About DogeFee

DogeFee is an independent English-language research site covering the Dogecoin network and its economics. We publish on a fixed weekly cadence — deliberately low-frequency, deliberately data-first.

What we publish

  • Weekly News Review — 10–20 notable Dogecoin stories, deduplicated, ranked by importance and commented.
  • Weekly Data Report — on-chain activity, price, fees, mining economics, whale positions and ETF/trust flows, with week-over-week and 4-week context.
  • Weekly Intelligence — five fixed questions answered every week: Network, Payments & Adoption, Ecosystem & Meme Culture, Mining, Outlook.
  • Market — DOGE mining and fee market intelligence: a weekly update every week, plus a comprehensive end-of-month report on hashrate, difficulty, miner revenue, pool share, Litecoin merge mining and cross-chain transfer-cost comparisons.
  • Deep Dives — long-form research on one significant story per week.

Methodology

We work from a whitelist of primary and reputable sources: Dogecoin Foundation and Dogecoin Core (GitHub), core developers, official project accounts, mining pools, block explorers, market-data aggregators and mainstream industry media. Every item in our news review goes through: collection → deduplication → importance ranking → classification → summary → cross-checking → commentary.

Numbers are compiled from public sources (CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap, BitInfoCharts, Blockchair, IntoTheBlock, DefiLlama and pool dashboards) as of the date shown on each report. Where data is not yet consolidated, we say so rather than guess.

Editorial stance

We write in the first person because the analysis is ours. We do not publish paid reviews, we disclose material relationships, and outbound links to third-party sites carry rel="nofollow". Nothing here is financial advice.
